  • New interactive dashboard with two panels: 

    • a data and user-oriented summary; 

    • categorization of all variants in GENESIS

  • New and simplified procedure to invite new lab members, assign roles, and invite new non-GENESIS users; this does not require RSVP anymore and is email notification based

  • Revised and simplified lab creation

  • 2-fold speed improvement of loading the LAB page

  • Revise Lab role permissions to allow Members to view and query Individuals

  • Option to select individuals without a solved gene in 'Select Data' tab

  • Query results are annotated with:

    • a green indicator next to FamilyId if the family has a Solved Gene

    • a red indicator next to Protein Notation if the variant is reported in ClinVar as pathogenic or likely pathogenic.

  • Remove Alignment Status and Variant Calling Status columns from Genomic Data table

  • New user registration requires agreement to terms of service and privacy policy via checkbox

  • Query results contain two additional columns: reference allele and alternate allele

  • Variant details header contains link-outs to Ensembl for the relevant protein and cDNA changes
